myAT&T app Welcome Center cards
The user is presented with a with a small card at the top of screen. This card is the first thing they see after they log into the app.
UX strategy:
-Allow customer to swipe card away or press a “dismiss” button to remove card from screen. Customer will only see each card a maximum of 3 times.
Success stories:
-Increase in enrollment
-Conversion of new iPhone sales (2022)
