myAT&T Shop page redesign

Project: Updating the myAT&T store with a modern and native-friendly shop experience

The previous page was designed similarly to a web page. There was too much information for the user to digest efficiently in a native format.

Our intentions for this project were to create a streamlined and intuitive user experience where the customer is able to find the product they need or other information they are looking for (such as a brick-and-mortar AT&T store) as directly as possible.

My role: Senior content strategist. As the content strategist for this UX team, I worked closely with the designers to craft and edit all the words throughout the experience. I also sat in on weekly team meetings and contributed to the UX design process.

Who I worked with: 2 UX/UI designers, 1 motion designer, 1 Senior Project Manager, and 1 Product Owner/Development team member. We also consulted with the brand and product teams and the corporate legal team throughout the process.

Click the "Shop” tab in the bottom of the mobile app screen to access the new AT&T Shop homepage.

The user is presented with two animated buttons that represent our two most popular product lines: Wireless products and Internet products.
