About
After starting my career in financial services, I transitioned to writing and communications in 2016 and entered the UX writing field in 2020.
I am the lead content strategist in a team that creates data-driven and customer-focused user experiences. Working closely with UX designers, developers, product managers and business stakeholders, I develop concise, cutting-edge, and user-friendly experiences and content.
During my time at AT&T, i’ve worked on major product launches, such as AT&T Internet Air, Fiber internet, the FirstNet and Family program, and the fall 2022 iPhone release content.
I also work on design overhauls as AT&T strives to provide cutting edge content in the UX space. I’ve worked on new Profile, Shop, and Payment flows within the myAT&T native app, and updates to the web profile page.
I formulate A/B tests, create white cards and content strategies, and work on high profile projects such as Apple product releases and the launch of AT&T’s Fiber and Internet Air products.
